Peace
was taking rest beside a road. Suddenly a rich man came to him and asked him
to go. But the rickshaw puller refused the rich man and told that he was too
tired to go. The rich man told him that I would give you extra
money if you went. Again the rickshaw puller refused to go and said that
today he had earned enough so he did not want to lose his health to earn
the extra money. The Rich man got very angry and told that
you poor people couldn't do anything in life and couldn’t be the owner of much money.
The rickshaw puller said: "What will I do With more money, Sir?
Rich Man said: "You can buy a car with the money"
Rickshaw puller: "Next What Will I do, Sir?"
Rich Man:"Then You Can buy a big house"
Rickshaw puller: "After buying a Car & a house, What Will I do with the rest of money, Sir?"
Rich man:"You Can live your life with PEACE"
Rickshaw Puller: Sir, Are you sure that after getting a big house and a car I will be able to be happy? Are You Talking about the peace which is actually valueless in
our life?. Hope you are confused, let me explain. Think sir, at the beginning of our
life we lose our health to earn much money and at the ending we lose much
money to regain the health. Now tell me sir, is it the peace that you are talking
about?. I can assure you that without the car and the house I am happy enough
and I don't want to lose my happiness to earn the money which can be harmful
to my health and the money will be valueless in the future.
Rich Man: I have nothing to say. You are absolutely right man. Thanks a lot for
helping me understand the meaning of true peace.
At last the rich man understood his mistake and embraced the rickshaw puller with
affection and said" Please take your rest,"
